Returning Student Enrollment Checklist

   

FACTS Enrollment

    FACTS requires a non-refundable $100 payment upon submission of enrollment.

  1. Please go to
  2. Select Log In Here.
  3. Under For Families, select Family Portal Log In.
  4. Enter AN-MI into the District Code field.
  5. Enter your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  6. After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.
  7. Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.
  8. Click here to Open Enrollment.
  9. Click on Start Enrollment Packet.

Our Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child.  The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

(Please note: You will need to use a computer to access the online enrollment packet.  Mobile devices can be used to log into FACTS; however, the enrollment function will not work.)

Medical Insurance Card

    Upload a medical insurance card (front & back - jpeg format only) when completing online enrollment OR email to aaadmissions@andrews.edu.


Financial Agreement

    The Financial Agreement form must be approved by Gracie Gaytan, Student Accounts Manager.  Please make an appointment for your family at as soon as possible.


Class Schedule

Once you have re-enrolled online and completed your Financial Agreement with Ms. Gracie, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make an appointment with our Registrar, Ms. Ivonne.

AA Uniform Policy

AU Campus Safety & Food Service

  • School Lunch and Subsidized Lunch Program (reduced meals) are provided by Andrews University Dining Services. Payments may be made online via or in the AA main office (cash or check to Andrews Academy). Applications/contracts for reduced meals are due August 21. They are available below and in the AA main office.

Textbooks & Uniforms

  • Textbooks: Andrews Academy has established a textbook program that provides students with the necessary textbooks and digital content for their classes. Students will be able to buy their required textbooks/digital content through the Academy and then sell their textbooks back at the end of the semester/school year, provided that the book will be used again. Based on the condition of the textbook, returning students will receive credit on their account for returned textbooks. Non-returning students will receive the credit on their account and will need to request a refund from Student Financial Services at AU via an online form.

Note that some classes require digital content which will be paid for at the same time as the textbooks. The digital code will be provided to the student by Andrews Academy and is not returnable. It likely will not be transferable if the student drops the class.

  • Uniforms: Please visit or contact Andrews Academy (limited supply) for uniforms, which consist of AA logoed polos/shirts, AA logoed jackets, and PE uniforms.
