At Andrews University, we know that each one of our employees is at the center of every success we have. Without their hard work, expertise and commitment, we wouldn’t be able to make a difference to those we serve.
With this in mind, we have partnered with Gallup, an independent research-based consulting company, to conduct a confidential employee engagement survey each year. Our partnership with Gallup will assist us in improving employee engagement and better understanding how Andrews University compares with other universities across the country.
The annual survey is intended to open conversations on campus to better understand and effectively respond to our employees’ ability to feel engaged and valued in their jobs. Please bear in mind, ff there are less than four respondents from your given area, team results will not be specifically shared in order to ensure participant confidentiality. Instead, the results will be shared with next-level supervisors so that combined results can drive conversation in your given area.
Measuring our organization’s and teams’ engagement is the first step in our journey to building a better workplace at Andrews University.
